African Holistic Healing has been an integral part of my life from the very beginning. Born two months premature in 1965, I weighed only four pounds and struggled to breathe. The doctors told my mother I had only a 10% chance of survival and advised her not to get attached or touch me. Refusing to accept this, my determined twenty-year-old mom, who had lost a child the previous year, gave me as much loving touch as possible. Despite a month in an incubator and an oxygen tent, I survived.

In 1969, we left Trinidad and immigrated to Canada, where I continued to face health challenges as a sensitive, undersized, and sickly child. This changed when I spent two years back in Trinidad with my grandmother, a shaman, herbalist, and Shango priest. Recognizing my frailty, she bathed me in herbs, made me drink medicinal teas, and gave me bush baths, transforming me into a healthy child. Watching my grandmother use hands-on healing and work with spirits to heal others deeply influenced my beliefs and practices.

My Training and Spiritual Journey

I began practicing African Sacred Healing Touch at eighteen, learning from mentors and treating friends and loved ones with herbal medicine, healing touch, and other healing techniques. The roots of all forms of sacred sexuality and touch originate from Africa, and Touch Worship is at the core of my personal spiritual practice.

For 41 years, I offered my touch worship service exclusively to friends and lovers. Recently, the spirits have guided me to extend this service to clients, especially during and after the pandemic, when touch deprivation has become prevalent. I now offer nurturing, non-sexual touch or sacred sexual healing to women, trans people, and couples.

My Approach

I have honed my skills and techniques to provide an African lineage-based approach to loving healing touch. My passion for promoting spiritual connection and well-being drives me to create a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for my clients. Here, they can exercise their autonomy to express and receive a customized sensual healing experience designed to meet their unique needs. and desires.
